1. Installing the tightening belt
  • Fasten the tightening belt around the steering column.
  • Make sure that the tightening belt does not restrict the use of any levers or switches on the steering column.
  • Tighten the tightening belt firmly around the steering column using the locking system.

2. Installing the brake and gas plates
  • A brake plate is attached to the brake rod. Install the plate onto the brake pedal.
  • When the brake plate is installed correctly, the brake pedal is located between the brake plate and its back plate.
  • Tighten the brake plate firmly onto the brake pedal using the tightening screws.
  • The gas rod has a gas plate. Install the plate onto the gas pedal.
  • When the gas plate is installed correctly, the gas pedal is located between the gas plate and its back plate.
  • Tighten the gas plate firmly on the gas pedal using the tightening screws.
  • Make sure that the car gas pedal and brake pedal function normally.
  • The gas and brake plates must not restrict the movement of the pedals.

3. Adjusting the rod holder
  • Adjust the length of the rod holder with the screw at the back of the holder.
  • When the rod holder is correctly adjusted, the brake and gas rods work flawlessly.
  • Remember to tighten the screw that is used for adjusting the length of the rod holder.

4. Adjusting the length of the gas and brake rods
  • Rotate the brake rod until it is at the desired length.
  • When the brake rod is at the desired length, tighten it with the Allen screw.
  • Adjust the length of the gas rod by pushing or pulling the rod until it is at the desired length.
  • When the gas rod is at the desired length, tighten it with the Allen screw.
  • Make sure that the brake and gas pedals do not restrict each other’s movement.
